Halal Rewards has NO CONTROL over any aspect of:

  • Deals, vouchers, or discounts offered
  • Points, stamps, or achievement systems
  • Reward terms, conditions, or availability
  • Product or service quality
  • Business Partner policies or procedures

All rewards and offers are created, managed, and fulfilled entirely by Business Partners.

5. ETHICAL AND RELIGIOUS COMMITMENTS

5.1 Halal-Compliant Platform

Halal Rewards operates as a halal-compliant platform in accordance with Islamic principles. All Business Partners must meet halal standards.

5.2 Excluded Business Categories

Halal Rewards reserves the absolute right to exclude businesses that:

  • Serve or sell alcohol or alcoholic beverages
  • Serve or sell pork or pork products
  • Serve or sell non-halal meat or food
  • Offer gambling services
  • Provide adult services or entertainment
  • Operate as conventional interest-based banks
  • Operate bars, nightclubs, or similar venues
  • Engage in activities contrary to Islamic values

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
