Both include the entire platform — we separate the plans on how many sites you run, not on which features you are allowed to use. Bookings and Order Buzzer are optional add-ons at £9.99 a month each, or £14.99 for both. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.

Any halal business with customers who come back. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, spas, wellness centres, experiences, food trucks, bakeries, barbers, butchers, wedding services and fitness centres all run on it today.
Do my customers need to download an app? expand_more
The Halal Rewards app is free on iOS and Android, and most customers install it once and use it everywhere. If someone would rather not, the web app works in any browser with nothing to install.
Can customers use Halal Rewards without downloading from the App Store? expand_more
Yes. The web app at app.halalrewards.co.uk works in any browser and can be added to the home screen like a normal app — on iPhone via Share then "Add to Home Screen", on Android via the three-dot menu then "Install app".
How do I set up my loyalty program? expand_more
We do it with you. Setup guidance is included on both plans — you tell us what you sell and how often people return, and we configure the first card or points scheme together.
Can I customise the rewards and points system? expand_more
Yes. Set your own earn and burn rates, run several stamp cards at once, add discounts and offers, schedule quiet-time boosts, and build achievements and streaks on top.
How do customers earn and redeem points? expand_more
Your staff scan the customer QR code in the staff app at the till. Points or stamps land immediately, and redemption is the same scan in reverse — no codes to type and nothing to reconcile later.
What kind of analytics do I get? expand_more
Visits, spend and returning customers, broken down per location. Enough to see whether the card is actually working without needing anyone to build you a report.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract? expand_more
Neither. Both plans are month to month with no setup fee and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and billing simply stops at the end of that month.
Can I send notifications to my customers? expand_more
Yes, and the platform sends some for you — reminders when someone is close to a reward, and quiet-time boosts aimed at the hours you need filling. Customers control what they receive.
What if I have multiple businesses or locations? expand_more
That is what Growth is for: £49.99 a month covers unlimited locations and unlimited staff seats, with multiple business accounts under one login. Capacity, availability and reporting are kept separate per site.
