What is the difference between Starter and Growth? expand_more
Scale, not features. Both plans include the entire platform — stamp cards, points, offers, analytics, the customer app, the staff app, the dashboard, AI boosts and gamification. Starter covers one location. Growth covers unlimited locations and unlimited staff seats, and adds multiple business accounts under one login, API access and priority support.
Can I change plan later? expand_more
Yes. Move from Starter to Growth the moment you open a second site, and move back down if you ever need to. Changes take effect from your next billing date and nothing you have built — cards, points balances, customers — is affected.
What are the add-ons? expand_more
Two optional extras that sit on top of either plan. Bookings is £9.99 a month and takes table and appointment bookings through the customer app. Order Buzzer is £9.99 a month and pushes a customer a notification when their order is ready. Take both together for £14.99 a month. Neither is required and you can add or drop them at any time.
Is there a contract? expand_more
No. Both plans are month to month with no contract, no setup fee and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and you simply stop being billed at the end of that month.
Do I need any hardware? expand_more
No. Your staff scan customer QR codes with the free staff app on a phone or tablet you already own. There is no terminal to buy, no card printer and — with Order Buzzer — no coaster pagers to replace.
What does it cost my customers? expand_more
Nothing. The Halal Rewards customer app is free to download and free to use, on iOS, Android and the web. Customers are never charged to collect stamps, earn points or redeem a reward with you.
