These Business Partner Terms of Service govern your use of the Halal Rewards SaaS platform as a business offering rewards to customers. By registering as a Business Partner on www.halalrewards.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. THE Halal Rewards Platform

1.1 Platform Domains

The Halal Rewards platform operates across multiple domains, all of which are part of the same service. These terms apply to your use of all Halal Rewards domains:

Important: All domains are owned and operated by Halal Rewards. Your acceptance of these Terms applies to your use of all Halal Rewards domains and services, including the Business Partner Dashboard.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Platform/SaaS Service: The Halal Rewards web-based business management platform at www.halalrewards.co.uk
  • Business Partner/You/Your Business: Any merchant, business, or organization using Halal Rewards to offer rewards
  • Customer/User: Individuals using Halal Rewards to collect and redeem rewards
  • Rewards: Deals, vouchers, discounts, points, stamps, achievements, promotions, or any incentives you offer
  • Dashboard: Your business management interface and control panel
  • Halal Rewards/We/Us: Halal Rewards and its operators
  • Service Agreement: Your specific subscription plan and pricing terms
  • Subscription: Your paid access to the Halal Rewards platform

3. BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY AND HALAL COMPLIANCE

3.1 Mandatory Halal Requirements

NON-NEGOTIABLE: To participate as a Business Partner on Halal Rewards, your business MUST:

  • ✓ Operate in full compliance with halal standards and Islamic principles
  • ✓ NOT serve, sell, or promote alcohol or alcoholic beverages
  • ✓ NOT serve, sell, or promote pork or pork products
  • ✓ Serve ONLY halal-certified meat and food products
  • ✓ NOT engage in gambling or gambling-related activities
  • ✓ NOT provide adult services, adult entertainment, or related content
  • ✓ NOT operate as conventional interest-based banks or financial institutions
  • ✓ NOT operate bars, nightclubs, lounges, or similar establishments
  • ✓ NOT engage in any activities contrary to Islamic values or teachings

3.2 Prohibited Business Categories

Halal Rewards RESERVES THE ABSOLUTE AND UNCONDITIONAL RIGHT to:

  • Deny registration to any business in prohibited categories
  • Refuse onboarding at any stage
  • Immediately terminate existing partnerships
  • Remove businesses without prior notice
  • Not provide refunds upon removal for non-compliance

4. PLATFORM SERVICE AND DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Halal Rewards's Role (Intermediary Only)

Halal Rewards provides ONLY the following:

  • Technology infrastructure and software platform
  • Customer-facing mobile app and website
  • Dashboard for managing your offers
  • Connection between your business and customers
  • Reward tracking and notification systems
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Technical support for platform issues

4.2 Your Complete Control and Responsibility

YOU HAVE 100% CONTROL over:

  • Creating all deals, vouchers, discounts, points, stamps, rewards, and achievements
  • Setting all terms, conditions, and restrictions
  • Determining eligibility criteria
  • Pricing and value of rewards
  • Expiration dates and validity periods
  • Redemption limits and quotas
  • Geographic or location restrictions
  • Deciding whether to honor any reward
  • Refusing rewards for valid reasons
  • Modifying offers at any time
  • Withdrawing offers with reasonable notice

5. SUBSCRIPTION, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Subscription Plans

Business Partner access requires a paid subscription:

  • Plan details specified in your Service Agreement
  • Monthly or annual billing options
  • Different tiers with varying features
  • Subscription starts upon plan activation

5.2 No Refunds Policy

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except:

  • As required by applicable law
  • If explicitly stated in Service Agreement
  • If Halal Rewards terminates for its own reasons (not for your breach)
