• Account: Your personal account within the App requiring registration details
• Rewards: Benefits including deals, vouchers, discounts, points, stamps, achievements, or other promotions offered by Business Partners
• Halal Rewards/We/Us: Halal Rewards and its operators

2. PLATFORM SERVICE DISCLAIMER

2.1 Third-Party Offers

Halal Rewards operates exclusively as an intermediary platform connecting customers with Business Partners. We have NO CONTROL over the content, quality, availability, terms, or conditions of any:

• Deals
• Vouchers
• Discounts
• Points
• Stamps
• Rewards
• Achievements
• Promotions

All such offers are created, managed, and fulfilled solely by the respective Business Partners.

2.2 No Liability for Business Actions

• Any actions, omissions, or conduct of Business Partners
• Withdrawal, modification, or cancellation of any offers by Business Partners
• Refusal by Business Partners to honor any deals, rewards, or promotions
• Quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products or services offered by Business Partners
• Any disputes between you and Business Partners
• Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from Business Partner interactions

• Serve or sell non-halal meat or food products
• Offer gambling services or facilities
• Provide adult services or adult entertainment
• Operate as conventional interest-based banks or financial institutions
• Operate bars, nightclubs, or similar establishments
• Engage in any activities deemed non-halal or contrary to Islamic values

4. ACCOUNT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
